Mike Canning, Global Managing Director of Duke Corporate Education, interviewed Sadhguru for Dialogue Magazine, a journal for managers and leaders. The wide-ranging discussion explored topics such as the nurturing human of potential, the emerging importance of pragmatic business leadership, and keenness of attention. Speaking on the role of purpose in one’s life, Sadhguru said, “Setting up your purpose means you’re essentially setting up your intention. You should not have any intentions of your own; life is the only intent. You should become part of it. You must ride this life, not creating your own idea of what should happen out of this.”
