  1. Namaskaram, please can you tell me why Shivanga sadhana is only for men. I am sure there is a perfect reason, i am just so curious to know.. also i really want to do shivanga sadhana and go up velliangiri mountain and experience it. Thanks.

      Shivanga sadhana is designed by Sadhguru to imbibe the energies of dhyanalinga and Velliangiri hills. Main reason, it is said the energies of the hill is not conducive for women whose mentrual cycle is still active. This is not restriction from Isha, the entry to the hill itself is restricted for women. I have seen one Akka gone to seventh hill with her family member but that was not part of Shivanga Sadhana. For women, Sadhguru has set up Bhairavi Sadhana, you can make use of that.
